As I write, two different construction companies undertake the building of 127.6Km Lagos-Ibadan expressway in Nigeria. The road, which connects Lagos (Nigeria’s most populous State) to Ibadan (capital of Oyo State), also serves as the major route to the northern and eastern parts of the country.
