During the 3 year research period in nine countries, Jochen Becker, Nara Virgens and Daniel Kötter conducted 49 interviews with players in the sino-african field: traders, miners, officials, managers. The selection of 11 interviews gives an insight into the diversity of perspectives and imaginaries.
